It sucks. Whether its our fault or not most of us don’t like it. It does tend to motivate us so that’s good but it shouldn’t take pain to move us in life. It can be a starting place but we don’t need to live there. Life is better when we’re aware. Awareness comes through presence. Presence enables us to see the root of our pain. It also allows us to make course corrections and live better. If you don’t want pain, sometimes you have to experience it, be present to move past it. It can be hard, but its worth it.
